Drawing upon humour...

What according to you is the central idea of the speech ?

=> According to me, the central idea of the speech is the place of the women in the society and things that they can do to change the world. It's also a caricature of our society because there is a lot of stereotypes in her cartoons.

Do you agree with it ?

=> I agree with it because she have a good idea trying to change the world. Despite the fact she's  sarcastic it's very interessant to see her point of view. Indeed criticizing the society with cartoons is very intelligent it's a dare method. But despite the fact her idea is intelligent, the world can't change and our world is in a big and perpetual evolution. Today's people live in big cities and are breathing pollution. She can't change the world with cartoons and women can't change the world without men.

Would you agree with Donnelly when she says that the sense of humor changes according to one's culture ?

=> I think it's true. In fact the sense of humour is different according to the people and obviously according to the culture. Sometimes, humour is not in the rules and when an abroad come in an other country and he say jokes, people can be disturb by jokes. The sens of humour depens of the culture, of rules, religion, traditions...
Some people can fin humour ridiculous or diturbing so, when you travel around the world don't make joke enough !

School days...

That's the story of students... A young man is in love with a girl who takes the same train as him. He think that if he takes a photo of his love with his cell phone, she's going to love him.
When I was at school I believed in the charming prince. I hoped that he came with his white horse and he took me in his big castle. All the little girls believe in that but I was really unconscious because it's really silly to believe in the charming prince !
I think this beliefs came from superstitions because in the cartoons for example Disney's cartoons there is always a princess and a prince who fall in love and that ends in happiness. Children are educated in a world where their parents told them incredible histories that can't exist that's why they believe in thing that could be crazy.
When we grow up we have less imagination as when we are children. I find these superstitions very fun because love is a big mystery of our life !

Aron Ralston, survivor but at what price ?

He was born in October the 27th 1975. He's an American mounain climber, the first who have climbed the 59 mountains over 4200 meters high.

In April the 26th 2003 he went into the Blue John Canyon in the Utah. He was alone and nobody knew about his actions. During its descent he climbed across a fault when a big stone fall, he put his right hand not to be yeaped and this hand was blocked between the stone and the mountain. He was alone in this place and there was no people to help him. He stayed 6 days but he was forced to amputate his hand with his penknife.

Today Aron Ralston have a prosthesis in the right hand but h continues to climb. For example he climbed the 14 remaining vertices with only 1 arm and 1 prothesis ! He has written a book "Between a rock and a hard place" to relate his life and prove that he was still able to climb.

In 2011 a film called 127 hours who tell the story of this man is on the screens !

A place that I like... Gruissan

I really don't know good places in Grenoble and I like travel across the France so I wanted to speak about a little city that I visited a few years ago...

Gruissan is a little village next to Narbonne in the south of France. I went to this place in august 2009 with my parents and my brother when we were on summer holidays. It's a good place because the city is old and there is a very big castle on the top. The castle is now a museum that show the city's story through the centuries. It's a very nice place next to the sea and surrounded by the sea, that's why I like this place very very much.
There is an ice cream maker and we can find very strange ice-cream flavours like Kinder, cookie or cinnamon... The man who sells the ice-creams is very nice and he had give a free ice-cream to my brother.
Gruissan is a village that I want to protect because the nature is very well and the elected officials of the city applied a politic to respect the nature.
On summer there is here a lot of tourists beacause it's near from the "Côte d'azur" that is a very attractive place for the tourists.
In spite of the tourists it's a charming village that you should visit if you go to the south of the France !

Have a nice reading...
